Rafa Benitez Set to Leave Cheslea?

Once again, top club Chelsea find themselves trapped in a situation familiar to them last season. It was the time when Villas-Boas, currently the manager of Tottenham, was fired from his job as head coach by temperamental Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.

This time, it's a manager formerly from rival club, Liverpool, who is taking the reins as head coach. Rafa Benitez - the man who brought the best out of Fernando Torres, and ironically, said that he would never manage Chelsea as its manager back then when he was in charge of the Reds.

After Di Matteo got the sack a few weeks ago, a desperate Abramovich, who has spent a fortune on record signings such as Fernando Torres and Eden Hazard, decided to bring in the vaunted former Inter Milan manager and so came Benitez.

Will he be able to achieve results and regain the confidence of the Chelsea fans?

As of now, it remains difficult to tell after last weekend's loss to a lower-ranked club, West Ham.
