After Di Matteo got the sack a few weeks ago, a desperate Abramovich, who has spent a fortune on record signings such as Fernando Torres and Eden Hazard, decided to bring in the vaunted former Inter Milan manager and so came Benitez.
Will he be able to achieve results and regain the confidence of the Chelsea fans?
As of now, it remains difficult to tell after last weekend's loss to a lower-ranked club, West Ham.
