Have not blogged about football in a long time so here's a little update on the most popular sport on this planet and something for all my favourite readers out there supporting me and my blog!
Not sure what the veteran defender was thinking when he bumped into Fernando Torres from behind. Was it a calculated move to annoy the Spaniard or was it simply accidental? Ferdinand was seen shouting something at Torres as he offers his hand to help a poker face Torres up.
Note: Notice how the camera was showing the referee's back towards the left of the screen.
This video must have been made by a fan of the trademark swishy hair of Carles Puyol who, because of his fluffy hairstyle, is easily recognised on the field. He has long been touted as one of the world's best defenders though he is slowly losing his form due to his age, which is understandable. Nonetheless, he has been consistently been in the first XII along with fellow defender Gerard Pique at Barcelona.
Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson is known for keeping his cards close to his chest but he was perhaps unable to contain his intense desire to win in a match against Barcelona is 2011.
